Give this matter a clear story.

Name a Package after the trip and dates.

Put local confirmations into Packtell and connect shared plans or photos in your cloud drive.

Record booking sources and keep superseded reservations out of the final travel set.

Choose the departure version and check that needed files are available on the travel device.

Add expenses and selected photos after returning, while the story is still fresh.
Come back without starting from guesses.
